Liberation Recovery: For individuals seeking a change in their relationship with substances, the behaviors that are associated, and other patterns that no longer serve us. This work takes accountability, often harm reduction support, recovery, and empowerment. This is in tow with recognizing the broader personal, cultural, and systemic factors that shape our behaviors without shame and judgement.

Obsidian Collective & Liberation Recovery (OCLR): This is where we combine our concepts of OCLR, connecting and reflecting with collective support. This type of reciprocity is designed to be affirming and skills-based, while supporting ourselves and others in emotional growth, community care, and collective resilience.

Let’s be real…accessibility to mental health is just one resource and sometimes cannot be a priority when we are also navigating systems related to housing, employment, disability, healthcare, education, or recovery.
